Baked Chipotle Chicken Flautas

Baked Chipotle Chicken Flautas Duration for preparation and cooking: 45 minutes Introduction: This is one of the easiest and prettiest foods to prepare. Among the many Mexican dishes you would like to eat, baked chipotle chicken Flautas can be prepared in less than one hour and you are ready to enjoy your meal. Ingredients: Canola oil mixed Diced Chicken breast pieces Reduced fats Sodium cream of chicken soup Reduced fat sour cream Chipotle pepper Green chili peppers Ground cumin Ground coriander Chopped fresh cilantro Mission salsa Procedure: 1. Preheat the oven to about 230oC 2. Take a small bowl and use it to mix ground chipotle pepper and the canola oil 3. Take a sauce pan and mix the other ingredients which include tortillas, chipotle pepper and canola oil 4. Place in a source of heat and heat until it gets hot 5. Remove from the source of heat and put it aside 6. Along the edge of tortilla, place some chicken filling 7. Roll the tortillas tightly up 8. Use a tooth pick and put it through the middle in order to hold it in place 9. Take a large baking sheet and spray it with vegetable cooking spray 10. Place the tortillas in the baking sheet. 11. Repeat this process with the other tortillas depending on the number of tortillas you have. 12. Brush the Flautas with oil mixture just lightly 13. Bake them until they achieve golden brown color. This may take about quarter an hour 14. Cool the tortillas and then remove the toothpicks 15. Transfer the tortillas to the platter and then sprinkle them with fresh cilantro 16. Serve your food with salsa (hot spicy sauce) and sour cream. You are ready to enjoy your meal
