Beef Enchiladas

Cooking Duration: 45 minutes Introduction: They are simple and quick to prepare. Ground beef wrapped in tortillas and topped up with cheddar and then baked. It is a great meal to be taken with leftovers such as chicken. You can serve it with rice, green salad and also beans Ingredients: Ground beef Chopped onions Garlic Salt Pepper Enchilada sauce Tortillas Pepper cheese Chopped fresh cilantro Sour cream Procedure: 1. Preheat the oven to about 180oC 2. Using a large sauce pan, cook the ground beef until it is brown. Add onions and garlic 3. Remove off the fat drippings from the ground beef and discard it. 4. Season the food with pepper and salt 5. Put enchilada sauce to the mixture and stir 6. Pour another can of enchilada sauce into a separate dish 7. Dip the tortillas into the enchilada sauce and ensure all sides are covered. 8. Spread the beef mixture on each tortilla and then roll it up. 9. Place the tortilla, seam side down into a baking dish 10. Cover them using an aluminum foil 11. Bake them in an oven for quarter an hour at 180oC and then remove the aluminum foil. 12. Spread the enchilada source over the enchiladas 13. Sprinkle them with cheese. 14. Continue baking the enchiladas while uncovered until the cheese melts. 15. Serve your beef enchiladas.
