Coffee and Chocolate Pots
If you are a chocolate lover or sometimes craving for chocolate catches up with you, making coffee and chocolate pots is often one, of the thing which shall delight you. It is very easy to make and it cannot take you more than quarter an hour to have the best results.
Ingredients
100 grams hot and strong coffee
A tablespoon of brandy
100 gram dark chocolate
Eggs
A cup of cream (sweetened)
Chopped nuts
Sugar
Vanilla
Procedure:
1. Preheat the oven for heating the cream
2. In a bowl, mix the coffee, the brandy and the chocolate altogether.
3. Stir the mixture completely until you have a smooth solution.
4. In a small saucepan, bring the cream to a slow simmer.
5. Heat the cream up until it reaches near the boiling point and then removes it from the source of heat.
6. Pour the hot cream into the bowl containing the mixture.
7. Set the bowl aside and let the chocolate mixture cool slightly.
8. At this stage, the chocolate mixture should be lukewarm
9. Place sugar and vanilla to the bowl and add eggs.
10. Crash the egg and stir it completely and then add it also to the chocolate mixture.
11. Put the mixture into a blender or a food processor.
12. Switch on the power and blend it for about three minutes.
13. Make sure your mixture is well blended.
14. Pour the mixture into the bowls, glasses, cups or even small custard cups. This depends with the shape of chocolate you want to make.
15. Fill the containers to the rim.
16. Let the mixtures cool off and then put them in fridge to set into your desirable shapes.
17. After an overnight, they have frozen and solidified.
18. Serve your chocolate. The shape varies depending on the container which was used during the cooling off process.
19. In order to serve your guests, remove at least thirty minutes before you can begin serving
20. Serve them with strawberry, nuts or chocolate shavings.
