Banana and Cinnamon Sugar Whoopie Pies

Preparation and cooking time: 40 minutes Introduction: In case your bananas overripe in the kitchen, you can make other types of dishes other than the banana bread. Try and make whoopee pies. Whoopee pie combines several desserts and this makes its taste irresistible. Make a try today and you will surely enjoy yourself. Ingredients: Softened butter Brown sugar Eggs Mashed bananas Sour cream Plain flour Soda bicarbonate Baking powder For cinnamon cream cheese: Softened cream cheese Softened butter Icing sugar mixture Ground cinnamon White sugar Procedure: 1. Preheat the oven to about 180oC 2. Using baking paper, line for the often trays 3. Use a blender or an electric mixture to mix butter and sugar in a bowl until they become pale 4. Add egg to the mixture, mix well to ensure they are completely mixed 5. Add to the bowl bananas, flour, bicarbonate and sour cream 6. In addition, add baking powder alternately and stir them until they are well combined 7. Put the mixtures onto the tray some centimeters apart so as to as to allow them to spread 8. Bake the trays until it becomes golden 9. Set aside and allow for about 5 minutes for it to cool slightly. This is done before transferring to the rack for complete cooling 10. During that period, make cinnamon cream cheese. 11. Use a blender or the electric mixer to mix the cream cheese and the butter in the bowl until they become creamy 12. Add cinnamon and icing to it. Stir until they are well combined 13. Place the whoopies on a clean surface 14. Spread cream cheese over on the base of the whoopies 15. Make sandwich for the remaining cakes, place them on oven trays 16. Roll cake edges on the cinnamon sugar to make a light coating 17. Repeat the process depending on the number of cakes you made 18. Place them on a serving tray 19. Repeat the process also with the remaining cakes and cinnamon sugar 20. Serve your guests the banana and cinnamon sugar whoopee pies 21. Enjoy the meal
