SWEET 'N' SMOKY RIBS RECIPE

Duration: 105 minutes. Introduction: The sweet and smoky ribs when cooked well are tender, delicious and very juicy. They are packed with a smoky punch. If prepared in having a delicious dish, it won’t take you long before moving from the grill to the dining room enjoying your meal. Ingredients: Brown sugar Chicken bouillon granules Paprika Ground cumin Coriander Pork ribs Ground celery seeds Soaked wood chips Basil and garlic powder Sauce: Chopped onions Olive oil Butter Sauce Fresh basil and rosemary crushed Barbecue sauce Procedure: 1. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, seasonings and herbs together. 2. Put pork ribs in the small bowl and rub them over the contents 3. Let the mixtures stand for about quarter an hour 4. Place a cooking pan on a source of heat 5. Add soaked wood chips to the pan 6. Wrap the ribs using a disposable aluminum foil 7. Grill the ribs while covered for about half an hour 8. Remove the ribs from the pan and place them on the grill rack to drip the excess fats 9. Add more wood chips 10. Grill the ribs for an extra half an hour while turning them continuously 11. In a separate sauce pan, fry onions using butter and oil until they become soft 12. Add brown sugar to the sauce pan and stir 13. Cook the mixture for a minute and then add barbeque sauce 14. Increase the level of cooking heat to a higher level in order to cook faster until they boil 15. Lower the cooking heat levels and allow the food to simmer while uncovered for about five minutes 16. Pour hot fats and sauce on the ribs. Grill the meat for 10 minutes until it is tender
