Remove from the source of heat and put the cooked rice into serving bowl 22. Serve the hot rice with the warm marinated chicken and enjoy your meal. Note: When marinating the chicken, use a shallow dish. This ensures the pieces of chicken are evenly covered by the ingredients. And if the food is not completely covered in marinade, turn it over after every thirty minutes. Use glass or ceramic containers to avoid acid reaction between the ingredients and the metal container which can leave the food tainted. You can prepare rice using different methods. You can boil, fry, add flavors; it all depends with what you want.
